2000 MTV Movie Awards Nominations...

This year's MTV Movie Awards will be hosted by Sarah Jessica Parker star of the hit sitcom, Sex in the City. The Matrix riding on the shirt-tails of four Oscars is up for no less than six awards, as is Austin Powers: The Spy who Shagged me. Irish interest comes in the form of Liam Neeson for Star Wars: Episode I — The Phantom Menace, Best fight sequence (Liam Neeson and Ewan McGregor vs. Ray Park). Although our Liam did get his arse kicked!

The show will be taped in LA on the 3rd of June - it will then be broadcast on the 8th of June.
