Eddie's new Miami Girl...

It has to be a first. After years of dating models ShowBizIreland.com can exclusively reveal that Eddie Irvine has a new girlfriend and she's not blonde and not a model.

The new woman the tabloids have been chasing and who has been hanging off Eddie's arm has not yet been named, until now.

Today, ShowBizIreland.com can tell you that the new women in Eddie's life has caused Irv the Swerve to spend over $3m on a new mansion in Miami where he couple meet.

Her name is Katherine Rice and she was working as a receptionist in a Miami restaurant when the couple first meet last October.

Now, according to friends of Eddie (who flew home for to Northern Ireland for the day last week) the couple are getting quite serious and that Eddie has splashed out $3m on the new house in Miami to spend more time with Katherine who lives there.

Eddie's Dublin home in Dalkey will is also well into being rebuilt and it now looks like the house will be finished by October at a cost of £4.5 million.
