Stringfellow Eyes the Dublin Strip...

The world infamous nightclub boss Peter Stingfellow has spoken exclusively to ShowBizIreland.com about his upcoming plans for Ireland.

The Lion-maned legend and friend to the stars admitted that Dublin has long been on his mind as a location for his glamorous franchise: "I was in Dublin last week and I was talking to a number of people about opening my Dublin club. The American guy who was expected to open a load of lap dancing clubs is not now. I have just opened a club in Paris and can confirm that I have wanted to open a club in Dublin."

He also confirmed that he is going to stick to his tried and tested formula established in London: "These days and for the past six years we do table dancing and that is what I want to do in Dublin."

The location of his new club has long been the hub of speculation of the Irish media, but Peter is giving no clues. "At the moment I have two places in mind which I hope to sign on the dotted line with within the next month. If I do the club it will open by September. But, I can tell you that I'm not looking at the old Planet Hollywood restaurant in Dublin like everyone thinks."
