Mary
J Gets Down & Emotional in Dublin...
RnB
diva Mary J. Blige ended her sellout world
tour last night in Dublin's RDS, and what a night
it was.

The singer, who has sold over 15 million albums, was
clearly emotional as the crowded venue erupted several
times throughout the night.
With a 6 piece band, 3 backing vocalists, 4 dancers
and state-of-the-art lighting, she sang for over an
hour and a half.
Supported by RnB newcomer Luke Thomas (who
also performed at ShowBizIreland.com's birthday
party), Mary J. demonstrated her wide vocal range
in elaborate style in-between three costume changes
throughout.
Clearly
a reformed character from her bad girl days, Mary
used her stage position to preach to the crowd and
instill confidence in her fans.
"Keep
your head up. It's all about confidence - I'm still
working on mine. There's no such thing as can't",
she exclaimed.
Getting very passionate about her confidence cause,
she added: "I hate to be so rough, but look what I
went through".
Revealing that she has found Jesus she also told the
fans "don't you ever get suicidal".
Having
turned her back on excesses such as drink and drugs
and even toning down on her shopping, the 31 year-old
singer is currently engaged to a long time friend,
whose identity she currently refuses to reveal.
Mary
J. has clearly seen the light, and by the sounds of
the Dublin fans, they were happy to bask in it too.
