Richard Harris' Royal Affair...

Even beyond the grave the late Richard Harris' sex exploits still create front page news - apparently the randy Irish Republican had romps with Princess Margaret, the Queen's sister!

Old Dicky Harris was one for the ladies but when his tastes turned to Britain's Royal family we have to take our collective hat off to the legendary actor.

According to reports in yesterday's News of the World Harris' close friend Robert McKew told of the affair which started in the 60's and was rekindled in the 80's.

McKew told the paper: "Richard met Princess Margaret in the sixties, but I didn't know they had been to bed together until he told me in the eighties. The rekindled their relationship in 1983."

He went on: "I joked, 'How could you service a member of the Royal Family - you're a Republican.' Richard just laughed and said, 'Well, how could I say no? She is the sister of the Queen.'"
