Christina Aguilera Gets Irish on Tour...

Global Pop sensation Christina Aguilera is bringing her Stripped tour to Ireland to Dublin's The Point Theatre - and while here she plans to trace her Irish roots.

The sexy Christina Aguilera will play her debut Irish concert on the 31st of October 2003, tickets will be like gold dust so when they go on sale on the 3rd of May don't be caught napping!

While here Christina, who is mainly recognised for her Latin background on her father's side, is going to explore her Gaelic lineage as her mother Shelly 100% Irish.

According to reports Christina's Grandparents hail from Co Clare and moved to the America after the World War II.

Her mum, Shelly Fidler, married her father Ecuadorian Fausto Aguilero in 1979 - a year later Christina was born.

Shelly later divorced Fausto and remarried Jim Kearns - also an Irish American.
