Former Guns 'n' Roses axeman Slash has only gone and slashed his Velvet Revolver frontman, Scott Weiland, after their two high energy Dublin shows... Well, he was no Axl Rose.

The pictures we took of Scott Weiland with Velvet Revolver in The Ambassador a few weeks ago will sadly be the last time the former Stone Temple Pilots frontman will be seen with the band. He's got the boot, been given the elbow, collected his cards, sacked, chucked, P45'd, etc, etc...

In a statement the band's guitarist, Slash said: "This band is all about its fans and its music and Scott Weiland isn't 100% committed to either. Among other things, his increasingly erratic onstage behavior and personal problems have forced us to move on." Altogether: Meeeeow!
