5ive arrested in Dublin pub brawl...

Two members of the British Boyband 5ive have been arrested today in Dublin after a drunken brawl in a old Irish pub. Jay and Ritchie from the chart topping band, who play Dublin’s Point Theatre tomorrow tonight, were drinking all day in Dublin Palace bar on Fleet Street when they got into a row with other customers believed to be taunting them over Irish hit makers Westlife.

One source in the bar told ShowBizIreland.com "The two lads were getting drunker and drunker. I knew a fight was on the cards with the other lads who were slagging them."

Once the fight broke out the bar staff called the police. Within minutes the bar was full of police and the two boys were taken to Pearse Street Garda Station and held until 6.30pm when they were picked by a chauffeur and brought back to the Morrison Hotel.

The two band members will appear in court at 10am Friday to face charges.
