Flatley says Goodbye to friend...
Lord
of the Dance Michael Flatley, his financee
Lisa Murphy and many Irish celebrities paid
tribute yesterday to PR legend Chris Roche
who died recently.
At
the funeral held in St. Patrick's Church in Monkstown,
Michael made a moving tribute to his friend by playing
Lord of The Dance on his flute and also reading
the poem Do Not Stand By My Grave and Weep.
Among
those at the packed funeral were Christy Moore,
The Vard Sisters, The Celtic Tenors, Gay Byrne, Gerry
Kelly, and many many more.
Chris
was one of Ireland's leading publicists and organised
shows such as U2 at Madison Square Garden and
the visit of Nelson Mandela.
Chris
Roche lost his battle with cancer last friday at the
age of 48.
