Is Sinead O'Connor Dating Damo?

Just weeks after ShowBiz Ireland got the official notification that Irish singer Sinead O'Connor was getting a divorce we are now hearing rumours she is seeing working class hero Damien Dempsey.

According to reports in the press Sinead's second marriage to English journalist Nick Sommerland will end soon in a divorce settlement.

But an anonymous source rang ShowBiz Ireland this week to say Sinead been out and about around Dublin with 26 year old Northsider and singing legend Damien Dempsey.

Although it has been rumoured in the press that Sinead has found a new love we have no official confirmation that it is in fact Damien...

Sinead and Damien have recently teamed up on a track for his new album Seize the Day, so there recent sightings may be professional rather than personal.

But we here at ShowBiz Ireland hope the rumours are true - we feel Sinead and Damo would make a great couple and are well suited.

Damien Dempsey has played support to Sinead's gigs in the past.
