Fiennes Dodges Irish Media...

Acclaimed English actor Ralph Fiennes kept his head low as he left the opening night of his latest play The Faith Healer in The Gate this week after news broke of his separation...

It's very rare that the leading man of a play won't pose for pictures on the opening night - but then again it's not very often an opening night coincides with a relationship breakup amid media accusations of an affair!

Unfortunately for Ralph news broke this week that Fiennes and his partner Francesca Annis are separating after 11 years - reports in the media speculated that he had a two year affair with Romanian singer Cornelia Crisan.

As a result ShowBiz Ireland wasn't granted access to The Premiere of The Faith Healer in The Gate, instead we waited outside, but spotted Fiennes pulling on a beanie hat before diving into a waiting taxi after the show!

Not much of a disguise, we reckon Ralph would have had much less hassle from the press if he'd simply stopped and posed... Will they ever learn?
