Our young and glamorous model clique only ever travel around in groups folks – thus, they have become thee social barometer by which the government measure the level of confidence in the greater economy. Oh yes. Model footfall reports are sent to Brian Cowan & Brian Lenihan each and every morning. What? Think you can come up with a more scientific measuring-stick to judge consumer expenditure? Na-ah. We think not.

So it was with a great sigh of relief when we spotted model sisters Sara & Julie Kavanagh rolling-up to Krystle nightclub last Saturday night with other leggy stalwarts Ruth O'Neill and Rachel Wyse in tow. The girls ARE back in town.

With the desperately sad news that Eddie Irvine's Cocoon Bar is to shut-up-shop next Saturday night after 12 wonderful years (where are we gonna drink now?), a lot of City Centre night spots are feeling the pinch with the rapid downward slide of the economy and the brutally wet & windy weather which seems to be keeping clubbers in the suburbs...

It’s time for Dublin’s clubbers to get back into fleets of taxis each weekend and get town hopping again. We know things are tight at the moment folks, but hey, there is no better way to blow away the blues than a night out clubbing with friends & surrounded by hot young models. It's what makes Ireland great.
