Five duck out to Rio with Roses...

The UK boyband Five, who were back in Ireland on Wednesday for their court case, are jetting out to Brazil to get away after the high profile case and embarrassment. Sources close to the band in Ireland have said that "that lads are getting as far away from here at the weekend and going over to Brazil to perform with Guns n Roses in Rio."

On Wednesday Jay Brown and Ritchie Neville from the band were back in court in Dublin after an incident on the eve of their concert in Dublin on December 20th.

In court they were up on charges of public order offences while just Ritchie Neville was up on a charge of assault.

Both men pleaded guilty to the public order charges but Neville pleaded not guilty to the assault charge. The judge then left the duo on remanded on continuing bail until March 26th.
