Irvine coming home to Pipe 'n' Slippers...

Eddie Irvine is to return to Ireland full time before the start of Grand Prix season in May to over see work on his new £3 million pound home on Dalkey.

Friends of the star have confirmed that he is planning on settling down with his current girlfriend Catherine Rice who is with for over a year now.

Irvine's house is located just off Vico road in Dalkey is currently having the finishing touches put on it.

These include a recently built helicopter pad. The source also confirmed that Irvine is trying to get a new image for himself in 2002 as a businessman and has invested much of his £12 million pounds a year salary into property around the world over the past year.
