With Ronan Keating's recent blunder with the Gallagher brothers from Oasis it would seem that Keith Duffy has become the most successful ex-member of Boyzone.

Having left the band with no real discernible talents things didn't look too bright for our Keith, but with his Celebrity Big Brother success and now his regular spot on Coronation Street this big lad has come a long way.

And it seems the Dubliner had thought of his post-boyband future long before the breakup - instead of blowing his hard earned cash on fancy sports cars he wisely invested it in property.

Going on the advise of publishing svengali Mike Hogan Keith put his first big payout from Boyzone into property in the Dun Laoghaire area of Dublin.

Apparently he bought an apartment for £68,000, it is now worth a walloping 444,000 euros! Well done Keitho...
