Britney to Open her Tour in Dublin...

Following in her ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake's footsteps Britney Spears is bringing her stage show to Dublin this coming April to kick off her European Tour.

Dublin is already preparing itself for a massive ShowBiz party when Britney Spears comes to town...

We thought when Christina Aguilera came to Dublin last year that she would show us locals how to get down and dirty but all she did was cry on the phone to her boyfriend and move hotel rooms a couple of times.

Then when Justin Timberlake made his way here twice last year we though the mother of all parties was coming to town but all he did was buy Waterford Crystal for his mum!

So Britney is our last hope - Miss Spears please avail of Dublin, it is the party capital of Europe filled with great bars, fantastic clubs and more party hardened people then you could shake a stick at...

And don't worry about getting too wasted over here - we have no 24 hour wedding chapels so when you wake up in the morning after a night on the tiles no nuptials will have been exchanged!

According to the NME Britney will play Dublin's Point Theatre on 27th and 28th of April. There is no information at present about when tickets for the shows go on sale.
