Is
Caroline Corr Married??
Caroline
Corr is a strange girl. Last week when Ireland's
rock and roll set joined U2 for The Edge's
wedding in Bono's house in the South of France,
the Corrs were not invited.

Corr
But, did the Dundalk foursome start throwing toys
and run away. No, the Corrs had a wedding of their
own. Well, sort of...
We all know that the official wedding of Caroline
Corr and Frank Woods will be held with a small
ceremony in Spain on August 22nd.
However, we can now tell you that last week, while
the rest of the rock and roll set were enjoying the
wedding in France, Caroline and Frank were exchanging
vows in Dublin.
The couple are not officially married but did host
a party last Saturday for a small group of friends
including Tony Fenton, Renards' Robbie
Fox and their father Gerry in the Glenagery
home of their manager John Hughes.
The couple invited a priest to the house and after
dinner he blessed the couple as man and wife.
The reason they did this eludes even our physic powers.
But, we do know after the Spanish wedding (how many
can one couple have?) The Corrs are planning a massive
party back in Dublin for all their friends.
Now
we did try to ask Caroline Corr about the blessing
on Wednesday night at the opening of Robbie Fox's
new restaurant Barracuda in Bray. But, when
we arrived at the launch party both Andrea
and Caroline saw ShowBizIreland.com journos
and made a swift exit. Do they think we have no feelings?
Finally,
back to "that wedding" in Bono's house...
Thankfully
for the couple (The Edge and Morleigh that
is) everyone turned up except for Naomi Campbell.
She
was expected but with the arrival of her ex-Adam
Clayton, she decided to give it a miss. Which
is a pity because after the wedding on Saturday the
whole wedding party stayed on until Sunday when U2's
new best friend Paul Allen, one of the worlds
richest men and co-founder of Microsoft, took all
the visiting stars out for the day on his yacht.
