And unlike Janet Jackson's boob flash on US TV during the Superbowl this year with Britney's Ex Justin Timberlake apparently this one wasn't choreographed.

During a dance move where a black dancer standing behind Britney put his arms under her armpits, when he retracted them his jacket caught on her PVC Basque causing her left breast to pop-out for a matter of seconds.
