Ireland's stunning blond It girl Gayle Killilea has revealed how DJ supremo Chris Evans is about to hit the Irish hotel and restaurant scene by attempting to buy part of U2's hotel.

Evans gave an exclusive interview to Gayle (who co-writes The Double Edge column in Ireland's Sunday Independant with Jason O'Callaghan) saying he wants to buy into U2's Clarance hotel. "I think I could work with Bono and The Edge and really turn the place around."

Evans has even asked for inquires to be made with Dublin businessman Harry Crosbie about buying his share in the Clarance hotel.

"Chris wants to open a restaurant in Dublin with his close pal Aldo Zilli who already owns a bar and two restaurants in London"according to Gayle. "Chris is already opening a restaurant in Notting Hill with Zilli and the boys are currently looking for a premises in Dublin and he's hoping the Clarance's Tea Rooms restaurant may be it".
