jet in for ShowBiz Ireland Bash...

Bruckheimer, the world's biggest film producer
secretly jetted into Dublin late on Thursday night
for the 2nd Birthday party of ShowBizIreland.com.

The
producer, who has made movies such as Top Gun,
Pearl Harbour, The Rock and Armageddon
has recently got his production company to start work
in Ireland on Chasing the Dragon, the Veronica
Guerin Story.

Jerry was just one of the many celebrity guests who
turned out to celebrate the 2nd birthday of the website
which is now within the top ten sites in Ireland and
serving content to 120 countries.
All
five members of Westlife also made a personal
appearance together to support the site which was
formed on St Patrick's day 2000 by the Dublin journalist
Jason O'Callaghan and Web consultant Ray Senior.
The
band were joined by Bryan's wife Kerry Katona
and Nicky's girlfriend Georgina Ahern.
Westlife have been in Dublin all week rehearsing for
their sell out world tour which kicks off next month.
Also
at the party was the former Irish Taoiseach Albert
Reynolds, Irish Film Director Jim Sheridan,
singer Sinead O'Connor, former Boyzone
and Big Brother star Keith Duffy, MTV
babe Emma Leddin, girlband Bellefire
and the new up and coming band Fifth Avenue.

As
well as a host of the cast of Irish Soap Fair City.
The
stars were entertained on the night by FM104's
star DJ Tony Dixon. He brought along his new
R&B star Luke Thomas, who performed for the
stars.
All of the 300 party guests enjoyed a gourmet buffet
by the celebrity caterers Unique Dinning while
also enjoying over 400 free pints of Stella beer.
ShowBizIreland.com was also celebrating a newly signed
a five year deal with Funny Stuff TV to act as the
official website for The Haunted House, the new global
surreality TV show. The
show will be aired in Ireland on TV3 in April.
ShowBizIreland.com has also just launched it's own
range of on line merchandise for loyal Irish music
and film fans around the world.
The site is currently ranked as the number 1 Entertainment
Site in Ireland, ranked as the 10th biggest Site in
Ireland Overall.
