Ronan goes Green but not for St. Patrick!!

Ronan Keating was spotted looking a little green in South West London yesterday shooting the video for his latest single.

The former Boyzone crooner has recorded a cover version of Gareth Brooks' If Tomorrow Never Comes.

According to reports, Keating will become an alien for the latest video. He was hardly recognisable as he had his blonde hair covered with a skin-tight swimming cap. Special effects experts were also turning him into a little green man (just as well St. Patrick's Day is coming!!).

The 25-year-old singer, who recently picked up the Best Pop Irish Solo Male award at the Meteor Irish Music awards, is hoping to break into the American music scene once again.

It is thought that this new country style will go down better in the US.

Also, long running rumours that Boyzone may regroup are seen to be untrue, it would seem that the band members are still on friendly terms, with Ronan recently saying at the Irish Music Awards that he would like to meet up with Stephen Gately and Keith Duffy, who also attended. Keith and Stephen partied in Lillies Bordello, Dublin, at the weekend.

Ronan's version of If Tomorrow Never Comes is due to be released on April 29th.
