Huey's single but finds Romance in Dublin...

Lead singer of New York band The Fun Lovin' Criminals Huey Morgan jetted into Dublin to party with ShowBizIreland.com for St Patrick's Day.

The singer who also owns two bars in Dublin was in town to open his new Pizza restaurant, Difontain's, in the trendy Temple Bar area.

Huey was also joined by his Irish business partners: The Cohen brother and Dermot Doran of Eamon Doran's bar in launching the pizza shop which will stay open until 4am.

Speaking to ShowBizIreland.com exclusively last night the star admitted he has recently become single after splitting with his on/off girlfriend after twelve years.

"I am single these days. I have just broken up with my on/off girlfriend after over twelve years together. She is a Doctor and she is a little older then me. Like I'm 33 now and she is not really giving me the biological clock thing. But, I guess she came to the decision that she wanted someone who could be a father and I was not it. I grew up without a father and with her job and my job. I guess we were just too different. She is a very special lady."

He went on "I am also planning to work on my first movie. It is a story about two kids who try and import some drugs from Holland to Ireland. I play the role of the drug dealer just like Gary Oldman in the movie True Romance. I think it starts filming in Ireland in June and I have signed up for it and everything."
