Steven Berkoff the Villain in Dublin...

Photographing celebrities on the streets of Dublin can be like big game hunting at times - and the game doesn't come any wilier than villainous actor Steven Berkoff.

When ShowBiz Ireland got the news that Steven Berkoff was returning to Dublin to perform his one man show, Shakespeares Villains, in Vicar Street we rubbed our hands with glee.

You see, we have a history with Steven Berkoff. We spotted the former James Bond villain in the crowd at The Fight Club boxing event in Dublin's National Stadium some months back. But when we approached him at the interval the English actor put on his best Dublin accent and denied being anyone famous.

That night he threw us off the scent - but we never let the photographer in question forget that Berkoff got the better of him... So last night ShowBiz Ireland were out in force and waiting outside Vicar Street for the wily old fox to emerge.

When eventually he came out of the side entrance ShowBiz Ireland photographers were there in waiting - but that didn't stop Steven trying on his best Dublin accent to confuse us.

Sorry, not this time Mr. Berkoff - GOTCHA!
