The two talented guys were trying to "Enlighten not Frighten" with their Men Keeping Fit campaign to promote Prostate and Testicular cancer information and awareness.

And apart from their hilarious double-act the serious message behind the Marie Keating Foundation promotion is to raise money through the sale of Black Wrist Bands which both Ronan & Des were wearing...

The 2 Euro bands will go on sale to the public from various Newsagents and Marks & Spencers.
