The Musical is set in the 1920s as the English troops prepare to move out and civil war threatens to tear the city apart, the Irish capital's residents suffer the dual pressures of political violence and poverty.

In to this comes George Aitkin, a young Londoner, who falls for Dubliner Molly on the Ha'penny Bridge, and promises to take away from hardship to the bright lights of London...
