Brosnan Wedding called Off...

ShowbizIreland.com can reveal that Pierce Brosnan flew secretly out of Ireland on Saturday to be at his son's bedside in UCLA hospitable in LA.

Speaking to ShowbizIreland.com Brosnan's publicist has now confirmed that the showbiz wedding of the year is off. "Pierce's wedding is off for this Saturday and currently on hold until his son Sean makes a full recovery" said Guttman & Associates, Brosnan's publicists.

Pierce Brosnan celebrated his 007 stag night on during the week with a dinner party in the Dublin restaurant Peacock Alley with a handful of male friends. The Bond star who was getting married next Saturday in Ashford Castle seems to have found a taste for dining out since he got to Dublin.

Last weekend he enjoyed the culinary delights of Browns Brasserie on St Stephens Green. This week Pierce hit Diep La Shaker on Pembroke road where he got the manager to put on his U2 CD.

Confirmed on Pierce's guest list was his friend the actress Jane Seymour who is in Ireland filming a movie called "Yesterday's Children" for CBS. Jane was set to attend the wedding with hers and Pierce's publicist Dick Guttman who is also flying in from Hollywood for the couples big day.

Other star guests that were expected to attend include Pierce's James Bond co-star Robbie Coltraine who is currently filming in Dublin and the LA based record producer Andy Payton who was also expected to fly in for the wedding.

The big question now is just how ill is Pierce's son Sean? Hopefully this story will have a happy ending.
