Van Adds Another Green Energy Gig...

ShowBizIreland.com has learned that due to phenomenal demand, another Van Morrison gig has been added to the Heineken Green Energy Festival line-up in Dublin this weekend.

Van is scheduled to perform in the Olympia on the Friday and Saturday evening of this May Bank Holiday Weekend.

However, following extraordinary ticket sales it has been decided to add another show to meet the demand, but this extra show is to be held in the afternoon.

Van Morrison has been performing for some four decades and his popularity has never been as high. Last year Van Morrison sold out two shows at Dublin's Ambassador and played to over 10,000 people in Marley Park.

The extra show will take the form of a matinee on Saturday the 4th May. Doors will open at 3.30pm.

Van will go on stage at 4pm and tickets are priced at EUR38 / EUR40.
