Adams, Travis & Meat Loaf Summer Gigs...

Bryan Adams, Travis and Meat Loaf will all play Dublin this summer it was revealed over the weekend.

Bryan Adams returns to Dublin after a sell-out Slane concert two years ago. He performs at Marlay Park, Rathfarnham on Wednesday 24th July.

Scottish superstars Travis are to perform for one night only on Sunday 21st July at Marlay Park, Rathfarnham. The Glaswegian foursome which includes Fran Healy, Dougie Payne, Neil Primrose and Andy Dunlop have become one of the most successful music acts in the music world over the past three years.

Finally, the legendary rocker Meat Loaf performs for one night only on Saturday 27th July at Marlay Park, Rathfarnham. Meat Loaf was born Marvin Lee Aday in Dallas, Texas. His family were gospel singers so it is no surprise that he became a singer.

The name Meat Loaf originated at school when aged 13, he was christened Meat Loaf by his football coach owing to his enormous size and ungainly manner.

With a career that has spawned over 3 decades, Meat Loaf has sold millions of records worldwide.
