Good value folks, two Miss Ireland's for the price of one in the space of two weeks. Yup. Maire Hughes had to give up her crown over the whole AgeGate thing and it was finally handed over to the lovely Rebecca Maguire at The Wright Venue last weekend...

Rebecca Maguire looked every bit the international beauty queen at the weekend with the Miss Ireland 2012 tiara and sash on... She has grown nicely into the role with all the hullaballoo over poor Maire Hughes being too old to be eligible for Miss World 2012. A hectic two weeks for the stunner.

Last weekend saw Miss Ireland organisers Brendan Scully and Sean Montague throw a bash at the Wright Venue to officially crown our Rebecca Miss Ireland 2012. Apt as the Belfast beauty won Miss Wrights in the heats.

And despite having an ankle tattoo which also flies in the face of the old fashioned Miss World rules, Rebecca will be representing Ireland this year... Although, nothing a bit of cover-up make-up won't fix...
