Ritchie's Stag headed to Dublin?...

Ireland is really set to get a stamp of approval from the world's biggest stars next year when Brad Pitt and Vinnie Jones join Madonna's husband to be Guy Ritchie on a mad stag weekend in Dublin. Dublin was the host for the 1999 MTV awards and the home of stars like U2, The Corrs, Van Morrison and Ronan Keating has been announced as the probable location of the showbiz stag night of the year by the British actor Vinnie Jones, the star of Snatch and Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels.

Vinnie has revealed that Ireland would be his ideal place for the stag for Guy which he has said he would be involved in organising. "The date hasn't been set yet but I will be involved of course. My ideal stag would be in Ireland, have a couple of race meetings set up, go to the dogs at night and in between play cards"

Vinnie told one Irish newspaper. "All that stripper stuff is old hat. Loads of cards, loads of booze and just having a good laugh. That's my definition of a good stag. It's about getting together with a bunch of mates for the weekend. One night isn't enough you need two for the craic."

Jones went on to talk about his stag which was in Dublin seven years ago. "My stag was one of the best I've ever been to. I was playing cards most of the time and the world cup was on and the boys just had the best laugh. There was no aggro. We spent about £25,000 over the bar. I would still be paying for it but I won a few thousand pound."
