Thousands
apply to Haunted House...
Close to 50,000 Irish people have already applied
for the new reality TV show HAUNTED
HOUSE which is due for screening on TV3 after
Christmas.

for the show have been under such stress from eager
contestants that they have even broken down twice.
Don't worry the technical problems have been fixed.
The
show is seeking 20 people who could spend three nights
in Ireland's most Haunted House the winner getting
20,000 euros and a 'top of the range' Jeep.
The Irish production company Funny Stuff TV
who have launched the search to find contestants to
stay three nerve chilling nights in House are now
saying that the show may even be bigger then Big Brother
when it airs.
Maguire
who is also one of the show's creators also claims
that this show is no joke for the contestants and
they will genuinely be scared. "This will make the
likes of Big Brother and Treasure Island look like
kids TV. Instead of weeks the contestants stay three
crazy days and nights in what can only be described
as a rollercoaster ride of terror. Guys may laugh
and say 'no problem, show me the money' but we have
hired some of the biggest names in special-effects
and horror make-up to work on the program. When they
asked me how far they could go with their talents
I said 'just go for it - anything goes.'"
Contestants will constantly be put to the test, not
knowing what's real and what's reality, The producers
went on to say, "Everybody has their limits. Whether
it be psychological or just in your face terror, it
will take a very strong person to win this prize.
We have done human tests on some of the scenarios
we expect the contestants to face and I have now seen
grown men cry."
