Huston's lost script found by son...

A long-lost screenplay written by the late Irish based firm director John Huston has been discovered by his son Danny who plans to film it next year. Huston who lived in Galway and owned a house called St Clerins died over 20 years ago and the story, called Amparo has laid undiscovered until now.

Amparo is about a screenwriter with writer's block who goes to Mexico to get his creative juices flowing and while there meets and falls in love with a young prostitute. "It was literally a discovery I made in one of his trunks," Danny Huston who lived in Galway with his family when his was growing up told the Hollywood Reporter. "I'm terribly excited to make it. It's got a lot of potential. If there was ever a man who could weave a good yarn, it was my father.''

He said he plans to cast an unknown actress in the title role of Amparo.
