Chan
to film Shanghai Knights in Ireland...

Sources
close to Ireland's Ardmore studious have told us that
the Hong Kong star is set to film Shanghai Knights
in the County Wicklow studio with filming starting
on April 2002, which will also be the month the star
celebrates his 48th birthday.
The
film is the follow up to Chan's 2000 hit movie Shanghai
Noon in which he starred with Owen Wilson
and Lucy Liu.
The
sequel of the movie is being made by Spyglass
entertainment who also made two other multi-million
pound movies in Ireland, such as The Count of Monte
Cristo and Reign of Fire.
This
year Chan has already been in Ireland with the British
comedian Lee Evans filming Highbinders,
which was mainly shot in Dublin.
