Prior to the gig the audience were treated to traffic
reports and seated fans were left a little bemused
when the traffic announcer announced "seeing
as you wont be going anywhere for the next hour or
two you might as well stand up and rock the night
away."
Quo
comprising of Francis Rossi, Rick Parfitt, Andrew
Brown, John 'Rhino' Edwards and Matthew Letlay
took to the stage shortly after 9pm.

They
immediately launched into the classic Caroline
and other classic such as Again and Again,
and Whatever You want. A
truly memorable night of new and classic Quo songs
was underway.
After the success of their last two cover albums Quo
plan to release a new one in November.
All
songs were chosen by Quo and include brand new recordings
of five classic Quo songs and ten covers getting the
Quo treatment include Pump it up and Born
To be Wild.
Status Quo's career, which has spanned five decades,
includes over 110 million records sold, the most appearances
on Top of The Pops (over 100) and over 50 UK
hit singles.
