Driving Ban Scrapped...
Poor Brian McFadden made another unnecessary
trip to the courthouse yesterday to contest a simple
driving offense case which has now dragged out for
three years - luckily the judge saw things his way...

involved in his 3-year court case was aware it was
a total farce!

Brian
was forced to return from the USA yesterday to contest
alleged speeding charges from September 2002 after
the case had been reschedulled numerous times at the
fault of the state.

As
a result of all the delays the Balbriggan District
Court judge Bray threw the case out stating:
"Such delays can't be foisted on the defendant."

As
Brian left the court with a wry smile on his face
the media were waiting for him in-their-droves. Brian
simply said he was delighted the case was over and
commented: "He was a good Judge," in relation
to Bray's decision.
