Clint's secret house hunting in Ireland...

One of Hollywood's biggest actors Clint Eastwood is rumoured to be house hunting in Ireland. The actor made a secret trip to Ireland over the weekend for a round golf in the same club that both Jack Nicolson and Michael Douglas play when they are here, but took a detour on Friday evening to Co Wicklow where he toured around looking at property.

The American Dirty Harry star, who has just released his new movie Space Cowboys, left his hotel The K club in Kildare and ended up later that evening enjoying a pizza in a local Irish pub in Wicklow. The 70 year old sex symbol took his wife, child and ten strong entourage down the Ballymore Inn in Co Wicklow where the actor tucked into a pizza and a fresh Irish plaice rather then enjoy the K club's luxury five star restaurant.

Clint arrived into Ireland on his way back from the Milan film festival to play golf in Ireland's most exclusive golf club, The K club in Co Kildare.

Sources close to the star have revealed that he may have gone all the way from Kildare to Wicklow on the search for a secret Irish holiday home.

If Clint buys a retreat in the Wicklow hills he won't be the only Hollywood star in the area. Director John Boorman, Oscar nominee actress Toni Colette and Daniel Day Lewis all live in the Wicklow area already.
