Strong considering Commitments 2...

The biggest Irish music film of all time The Commitments may have all it's cast back for the movie return. The lead singer in the band Andrew Strong who played the rebellious rude singer Deco Cuffe in the 1991 hit movie has spoken for the first time and said that he may now return to the second film. "I got a phone call from Miramax who said they were making a Commitments 2. And they said we'd like to talk to you. "I said I didn't know why they were talking to me because I wasn't interested. But, they said OK will you just met the guy. So, I met this guy called Warren Light from New York who's won some Tony award" Strong said. "Then I agreed if the script was very very good I'd get involved again, maybe."

Strong has said before that he would never have anything to do with the remake. The rest of the cast have been secretly meeting in Dublin over the past few months and they seem extra interested in retaking their roles.

Andrew Strong was only 16 when he appeared in the original movie.
