Dream
Team comes to Tolka Park...
Dublin is to get a football match with a difference
next week when Sky One's Dream Team come to
town to play Shelbourne FC in their home ground.
The
match will be played on Saturday 22nd September in
Tolka Park on the Drumcondra road in Dublin
with a 6.00pm kick off.
The
stars of Sky One's sexy soccer soap will travel to
Dublin for the weekend to take part in this unusual
football match.
The
programme's fictional Premiership team, Harchester
United, will take on Irish team Shelbourne for a unique
match, which will be filmed and broadcast on Sky One
in October as part of the new series of Dream Team.
The
match will consist of two halves of 25 minutes each,
followed by an exciting penalty shoot out, which will
provide a nailbiting climax to the episode, when screened.
Additional
filming of the crowd and players will also take place.
Well-known faces from the top- rated show, including
Fletch (Terry Kiely), Monday Bandele (Louis Decosta
Johnson), Danny Rawsthorne (Scott Taylor) and Jamie
Parker (Jim Alexander).
Another star of the show include Tash Parker (Angela
Saunders) will also be travelling to Dublin to cheer
on her team.
