Jim's Ex moves Upward & Onward...

Jim Corr attended his sister Caroline's Wedding reception in Dublin last week as his Miss Ireland ex-girlfriend, Andrea Roche, checked out private airports...

The only thing better then buying your son a helicopter thesedays seems to buy him an airport to park it in.

Jim Mansfield is one of Ireland's quietest multi-millionaires. Even though his sons fly their own helicopters and roar around town in red Ferrari's alongside their supermodel girlfriends.

Well, his son PJ is now dating Jim Corr's ex-girlfriend the former Miss Ireland Andrea Roche.

Jim's ex and her new man were checking out the private airport in Lexlip over the weekend which Mansfield senior has just bought for a rumored ten million plus Euro.

With the global airline crisis since September 11th the private jet demand has skyrocketed with some of the worlds top executives now only being allowed to travel on private jets for insurance purposes.

So, being one to see an opportunity Mansfield is now planning to develop the airport for private jets. Along with this he is planning to build a five star hotel to go along with airport to ensure those visiting suits have somewhere to rest their weary heads.

Mansfield was out of the country this week and missed out on the Independent Newspapers Keith Duffy Golf Classic in his hotel at Citywest.

He was however at the launch of the event in his new purchase, Palmerstown house in Kildare.

He is also developing this into a five star golf club and hotel that aims to take on the K-club.

The cost? A mere 500 million start to finish.

In the meantime Jim Corr was out in the Four Seasons hotel in Dublin to join his sister's wedding party.

Caroline Corr and her husband Frank Woods wed last week in Spain but had the reception last Saturday night in Dublin.
