No Stringfellow at Dublin Strip Club...

It's the headline the tabloids cry out for, "Stripping King Peter Stringfellow can't get into stripping club."

Yes, last week the blonde bombshell that is Peter Stringfellow arrived into Ireland to do some business.

The man with the hairstyle that time forgot arrived in Dublin to have a look around for a premises to buy for yet another Stringfellows strip club.

He already has one in London and Paris.

But, last Tuesday night when the stripper king arrived in for a tour he ran into a few problems such as, not being able to get into the place he had come to see.

After dinner Peter arrived down at the door of The Barclay Club on South William Street to have a look at the five star gentleman's club.

However, on arrival security staff refused to allow him in under orders that the venue was just too busy to accommodate him and one friend.

However, behind the scenes the real reason was that Stringfellow had stuck his head into the club six months before when it was being built and told the owner that he might buy the place from him if he was lucky. Or something to that effect...

Therefore when the call came in that Stringfellow was coming to the South William Street club orders were given not to allow him in.

Leaving the blonde in a very embarrassing situation especially when you consider he called his autobiography, The King of Clubs.

On the subject of lap dancing clubs Dubliner Colin Farrell arrived in Toronto, Canada last week and spent his first night touring the city's nude pole dancing venues with some friends.
