The
Mumba's Dublin Gala...
Ireland's pop princess Samantha
Mumba is coming home to attend the Gala screening
of her first movie The Time Machine this Thursday.
The screening will take place at UGC Cinemas on Parnell
Street at 8pm and with Sam will be her younger brother
Omero.
A
party in Dublin's SPY bar will follow the film premier.
The
Time Machine stars Guy Pearce, Samantha Mumba,
Omero Mumba, Mark Addy and Jeremy Irons.
The
Plot: Scientist and inventor Alexander Hartdegen
is determined to prove that time travel is possible.
His determination is turned to desperation by a personal
tragedy that now drives him to want to change the
past.
Testing
his theories with a time machine of his own invention,
Hartdegen is hurtled 800,000 years into the future,
where he discovers that mankind has divided into the
hunters and the hunted.
Warner Bros. will release The Time Machine at cinemas
nationwide on May 31st 2002.
The
film has a 12PG certificate.
