Britney & Colin's Dublin Date...

The rumour mill in Dublin is about to go into overdrive as ShowBiz Ireland just learnt that Britney Spears is desperately looking for a hotel room in Dublin to be with Colin Farrell.

It may indeed be another wild goose chase but if this rumour turns out to be true, well you heard it here first...

An informed source told ShowBiz Ireland that Britney Spears is due in to Dublin next week to spend some quality time with Irish actor Colin Farrell away from the glare of the US media.

Apparently Britney has made attempts to book the penthouse suite of U2's Clarence Hotel but had no luck due to the hotel being fully booked due to next week's Meteor Awards, and the U2 boys are having a celebrity filled party there.

It was also stated by the source that Britney will be flying into Dublin next Tuesday, the same day that Colin Farrell is doing a live interview with RTE disc jockey Gerry Ryan.

According to the source Colin requested that he and Britney take a holiday together and as he was going to be in Dublin all of next week he saw this as perfect time for the couple to be together.

Perhaps Colin wants to introduce Britney to the parents?

Well, this may all turn out to be smoke and mirrors like so many other rumours but watch this space next week... You never know???
