Cruise Shows Farrell who's Daddy...

Irish actor Colin Farrell had more to deal with then just high flying stunts in his new hit movie Minority Report which opens this weekend in his hometown of Dublin.

News has leaked out that the film's Director Steven Spielberg let Farrell's co-star Tom Cruise (who was 40 yesterday) put his role as Dad first during filming of the futuristic thriller.

The legendary film-maker told America's People Magazine: "There were times that I was about ready to say, 'Action' and the phone rang. If it was Tom's kids, everything stopped for that. Just when he was preparing for probably the hardest scene he has in the whole movie the phone rang. Anybody else would have looked up with anger in their eyes but he immediately broke character and walked off and took the call."

Spielberg says one of Cruise's children - Connor or Isabella - had got an eraser stuck in their eye and needed their father's help. "It was not serious but 'Dad' came to the rescue. I thought it was amazing. I have been known to say, 'I'll call them back after the shot'."
