Farrell & Amelia to divorce...

Irish press reports claimed yesterday that the Irish actor Colin Farrell has split with his wife Amelia Warner.

The Irish tabloids claim that Farrell split with his wife of four months and flew home last week to be with friends in a attempt to get over the break up of the marriage.

We can confirm the star is in Dublin as we spotted Farrell out in Dublin with his sister and mother last night.

Farrell married the 19 year old actress in a hush hush ceremony in Hawaii last July.

A hectic work timetable has had its effects on the couple who were in Ireland shortly after the wedding to introduce Colin's mother to her new daughter.

Farrell has yet to make a comment on the split and no confirmation of the press reports have yet been confirmed.

According to sources in Ireland the actor flew home last week and spent a few days with his old school friends who he told about the split.

The actor has worked on films such as Tigerland, Minority Report and Phone Booth recently.
