Colin's
Dublin Dating Hot Spots...
After two years of writing about the new Hollywood
heartthrob Colin
Farrell, this week ShowBizIreland.com
finally met the man himself.
In
Dublin's Renards nightclub last Tuesday night
we exchanged pleasantries with Colin, but for once
there was no lady friend to accompany him.
Sadly,
he refused to comment on the barrage of rumours about
his current love life, but who needs a comment when
you have the facts and some well placed sources.
Last week alone Farrell was firstly spotted in the
company of one of Ireland's leading models Glenda
Gilson.
The
duo know each other for years as both grew up together
in Castleknock, but during last weeks' nights out
it they did not look like they were chatting about
the good old days.
Our
spies tell us the couple started off the night in
Spy bar followed by a few romantic drinks in
Renards before heading off into the night together.
Glenda
was a tad more forthcoming with the inside track on
the date. When she arrived at Keith Duffy's
event on Monday her shocked response was, "How the
hell did you hear about that. I'm not saying anything
except that we know each other for years and we are
good friends."
One
thing seems to be true however about young Mr. Farrell.
Even though he is making 5 million a movie and has
acted so far with Bruce Willis, Al Pacino and
Tom Cruise, he is not too original with the
dating locations.
For
only a few days after his date with Glenda, Colin
was spotted back on the town again this time with
Eva, the 17-year-old daughter of Dublin's latest
Hollywood resident Susan Saradon.
Eva
is the Oscar winning actress's eldest child from her
relationship with the Italian filmmaker France
Armuffi.
While
Susan and her partner Tim Robbins were busy
with their play in the Peacock Theatre, Colin
was dispatched to U2's Clarence hotel
to pick up young Eva and take her around the hotspots
of Dublin.
But, where does Mr. Original take the young Ms Saradon?
Spy Bar and Renards... again!
Colin must have tired by Monday night - when he arrived
at Keith Duffy's Citywest event on the arm
of a new woman. However, his date for that night was
just his Mammy, who he took to the dance floor for
nearly all of the songs sung by one of the night's
entertainers, Red Hurley.
Hardly
very Hollywood?
