Colin Invests in Dublin Property...

It seems Colin Farrell's imminent fatherhood responsibilities have sparked off the sensible side of the young star as he invests his cash in the booming Dublin property market.

He may be portrayed as a hard drinking and over sexed tear-away but Colin Farrell's head is somewhat screwed on the right way when it comes to money matters.

The 27 year old Dubliner, who can demand $8 million per movie, has invested a large sum of money into 5 plush apartments in the Spencer Dock development in Dublin according to reports in today's papers.

Apparently the 5 two bedroom apartments, each equipped with two-people showers and stereo music piped into every room, cost the Phone Booth star in the region of 2.5 million euro for the lot.

We don't think our Colin will have any problems letting out these apartments when they go on the market, sure who wouldn't want an a-list movie star for a landlord?
