Brosnan & Bale in The Pale...

Good news for the female films fans of Ireland - both Pierce Brosnan and Christian Bale are coming back to Ireland this summer.

Brosnan is expected back at the end of the summer to film his next movie The Laws of Attraction. The romantic comedy is being produced by Brosnan and his Irish Dreamtime partner Beau St Clair.

In the picture Brosnan will portray a divorce lawyer who falls in love with a colleague. However, the couple find they're not immune to the same marital difficulties that bring them to court.

Christian Bale on the other hand, star of films such as Captain Corelli's Mandolin and American Psycho, is to fly to Dublin for the Irish premier of his latest movie Reign of Fire which was made in Ardmore studios last year.

The premier will be held in the Savoy Theatre on O'Connell Street on July 24th.
