Madonna's Bond role Up for Grabs...

Madonna has left the makers of the forthcoming Bond film bewildered according to reports. The singer has pulled out of the new 007 movie, which stars the Irish actor Pierce Brosnan.

According to reports in America, the Material One only agreed to sing the movie's theme tune on the condition that she got a cameo in the film.

Having conceded to her demands, MGM was shocked when she then pulled out, saying that filming clashed with her West End Debut, Up for Grabs.

Madonna's spokesperson, Liz Rosenburg, said, "MGM has offered Madonna a cameo in the film, but it conflicts with a play she is doing in London."

Success in the film industry has eluded Madonna, even her latest film, Love Sex Drugs and Money, directed by her hubby is expected to flop. Madonna is rumored to have shocked test audiences who have criticized the film for it violence against women, in particular the main character, which is played by Madonna.
