Bono splashes out on more pressies...

To celebrate the good news that supermodel Christy Turlington is to have Bono from U2 give her away at her upcoming June wedding, Bono pampered his wife last week while back on a break in Dublin with a shopping spree.

First off the couple hit the new cosmetics section in Dublin's famous Brown Thomas department store where Ali bought the collection of the new Joe Malone cosmetics as well as Calvin Klien.

Bono then strolled into the men's section for a quick look for some new shoes before the couple went up to the 3rd floor no doubt to look for a present for the happy couple.

For those of you au fait with Bt's you will know that the 3rd floor hosts a selection of high class furniture and very expensive high tech equipment such as a £60,000 home cinema.

We don't think Christy will be getting a basic tea set from the Hewson's?

Finally on the subject of presents we can sadly tell you that Bono and Larry Mullen's Harley Davidson which they splashed out £11,000 on two years ago for Ireland's top TV host Gay Byrne when he retired has been put a side by the great Gaybo.

We're informed that Gay has ordered a brand new motorbike and is leaving the Harley business completely and buying himself a brand new out of the box BMW superbike.
